Hello everyone, maybe some of you have already listened to this LP by American composer David Hoyt Kimball.

It is an album of contrasts, it describes natural landscapes, atmospheres linked to the past as well as bleak landscapes and polluted lands.
It begins with the sweet sound of the flute, as if to describe a distant world that no longer exists.
Then the atmosphere is darker with a background of repetitive bass lines to describe factories on the outskirts, urban pollution, sheds in the fog and factory chimneys.
A powerful bass line, almost punk, marks the last track of the record "Complesso Industriale".

Overall, a very nice album. I hope you will like it.

It really captures a good blend between serene arrangements and ambiatic moods.

Just like you said:

And by the way - I wish I had that type of tile on my bathroom walls as the cover art.

Really special music, liked it a bunch. Thank you once again, Rocco! Parts of it remind me of that phenomenal Climax album with Serena Marega, which I do hope gets shared in lossless quality one day.

By the way, I've never seen any real consensus as to whether or not D.H. Kimball = A.R. Luciani. Would any of my esteemed colleagues here like to offer their opinion?
