Leg of Lamb from the farm just down the road roasted with garlic and fresh rosemary from the garden served with garlic and herb roasted potatoes, oven roasted vegetables and finished off with red wine and onion gravy.

Wow a nice topic! I have had mšmmi and kinder eggs for easter since i'm from Finland. Mšmmi is this rye "paste" that is sweetened with molasses and baked long in an oven. It looks like poo though. YUM

It's getting harder to come up with dinner. No restaurants open, and just getting a few groceries is becoming a real chore.

Frozen pizza is becoming a popular choice in this apt. building.

Here is what's been my dinner for the past week or so. A little high on the "sugar" side, I must admit...  ::)
