Question...what makes you sure it's 70's? To me and my ears it sounds like either a live concert recording of a drum solo or a 90's Rock drum solo. That ambiance did not exist on studio recordings in the 70's. Only in live concerts back then would you have got something even close to the sound here.

this was just a guess, cause i heard a lot of samples of the 70's in their mixes. i took this sample from the mixtape Break on the break vol. 1 by Dj Slynkee feat. Mr. Wiggles, these guys are into cutting break beats of the 70's! however, it can be anything: 70's, 80's, 90's... the one thing that i very much agree with is that this is live recording.
thank you guys for some help! i appreciate every comment, as these drums will give me no rest until i find it!

there exist vol.1 and vol.2: http://www.domeshotsandfatlaces.com/2011/12/dj-slynkee-break-on-break-vol-1-vol-2.html
unfortunatly, both links are dead!  :(
you can listen to the entire vol. 2 by this link: https://www.mixcloud.com/jahthecat1/dj-slynkee-break-on-the-break-vol-2-1999/
i didn't find vol. 1 on the internet, only several pieces. here's the one of them where i took this drum break sample from: https://dropmefiles.com/3Ckaw
