Found one I've been wondering about for a while: "Dancing Mice" by Radim Linhart [Fontana Music], which takes the place of any instance of Johnny dancing to "Tea For Two" (probably due to rights issues).
EDIT: Another from the same album: "A Dream About a Princesse" by Radim Linhart. It played in the Burt Reynolds/Susan Sarandon/Renn Woods/Andrew Tobias episode.
-
From the same album: "Ball Gown" by Radim Linhart, which is heard in the Danny Devito/Rohan Varavadekar episode, and probably others but I can't remember right now.
