Unknown Production Elements CD

From what I could piece together, I believe all of these tracks are from the same copyright-free "production elements" library. It seems to have been widely used from around 1996-2006, probably made by a German company. If one track could be identified it could help identify the others.

Also note that a some other production music libraries have sampled these tracks, so recognition apps are no use. I'm looking for the original source.

It looks like the first symphonic cue was also sampled in "Main Theme Of Sports Scenes" (composed by Marty O'Brien) from Koch Music Library's 1995 album "Sport Scenes" [KOCH 351 010].

That's right, I noticed that as soon as I ripped and listened to it. These samples definitely seem to be of Austrian or German origin.
